St Brides Church, off Fleet Street, City of London, EC4
This is one of the oldest and most famous City churches.
It played many important roles in London's history and was destroyed and rebuilt many times over the centuries.
In 18th century it inspired a certain Mr Rich to design a novelty item that started selling "like hot cakes" and made him truly rich.

Mr Beckett's Black Eye

Revisiting the Samuel Beckett mural, which I first took a shot of in August last year, I'd expected to find it much more damaged than it was. The only difference seems to be the black eye he's sporting... or is it perhaps a monocle?!
